We are brining our 9 week, award winning programme which is totally FREE to Southend being supported by the
Essex Community Foundation and
Southend-on-Sea City Council. This programme is perfect for those wanting to begin a health and fitness journey in a safe and supportive environment.

Friday at 8pm
Saturday at 8am
All building up to a final 5k fun run event on Saturday 29th November at 9am.
All sessions will be delivered on the athletics track by our head coach Andy.
