What started in Great Wakering has grown fast — and now @theyard_fitness is bringing its high-energy, community-driven training to a brand-new outdoor location at Garon Park, in partnership with Wellbeing at Garon Park.

We’re excited to announce this new Southend partnership, delivering a full timetable of outdoor classes, all expertly led by Coach Jolyne 💪

From today there have been improvements made to the @arrivabusuk to Garon Park 🚎

The number 6 bus service will be withdrawn and replaced by the number 29 bus service.

This is great for those who use public transport to our park and other facilities available at Garons. 😀

“Service 29 will be extended to Garon Park, replacing service 6. This change will provide direct connections to Garon Park and Southend Hospital via Fairfax Drive. Services will run:

Monday - Saturday: Up to every 30 minutes.

Services will operate hourly on Sundays

All services via Shoeburyness Asda will operate to Southend up to every 5 minutes Monday - Friday and up to every 8 minutes on Saturdays.”
