Last week we welcomed the Team from The Whittingham Experience Project to Garon Park for their Team Building Day Out. 😀

The team spent lots of time exploring Wellbeing Garon Park and all the grounds have to offer including a fun trip over to Padel. 🎾

Lunch was provided by our onsite kitchen using the generous donations from The Whittingham Experience Project. 🥗

We would like to thank them for their continued support and donations which allow us to provide lunch for our Staff, Volunteers and Garon Park Youth 😃

After a few weeks away for Ramadan the Multicultural Essex Women’s Association were back at Garon Park this week enjoying the outdoor space with wellbeing exercise from @achievethriveflourish and catching up over tea and coffee in the Pavillion 😀
