Wellbeing Garon Park

We’re proud to be partnering with @theforwardtrust to launch Forward Growing, a new community initiative designed to support wellbeing, recovery, and connection through nature. 🪴

Over the next 12 weeks, we’ll be welcoming participants from Southend Treatment and Recovery Service (STARS) to Garon Park for weekly gardening sessions, creating opportunities to learn new skills, build confidence, and enjoy the many benefits of spending time outdoors.

As our partnership grows, we’re excited to help develop a dedicated Forward gardening space at Garon Park, creating a lasting environment for recovery, learning, and community involvement.

We’re also pleased to support Forward Trust’s Thursday Walk and Talk Group, helping more people access green spaces, stay active, and build positive social connections. 🤝

Together, we’re creating opportunities for people to grow, connect, and thrive. 🌿
