Welcome to the UK Friendship Group

Every Thursday we now offer a friendship group for people who are new to the UK. Originally this was specifically for Ukrainian families but in consultation with those attending and the local charity “Welcome to the UK” we have agreed to open it up to all nationalities.

The purpose of the group is to offer a space where people can come together to make new friends, learn more about the area in which they now live, practice their spoken English in a safe and supportive environment and share a meal cooked at Garon Park.
